Master of Arts in Project Planning & Management is a two years study which is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to become an effective project leaders in diverse business contexts. At the end of your study, you will gain more confidence to better plan complex projects, lead, efficiently execute and inspire your team, manage difficult circumstances the most unexpected risks. You will also have the opportunity to develop practical skills relating to design, planning and execution of projects, procurement and contract management in addition to conflict resolution and effective multi-functional project integration. The program has an experienced team of staff, which is made up of academically and professionally qualified professors with relevant industrial experience and experts with wide research interests.

There are a wide range of careers you may pursue after graduation, such as: Project leader, Change manager, Business developer and Head of operations. The program also prepares you for your further doctoral research endeavors.
At Paradigm College, Master’s of Project Planning and Management (MA) follows the same pattern with other Master’s of Arts in Business Administration program in terms of the credit hour requirement for your degree. You need to complete 30 credit hours course work and Master’s thesis. However, depending of your personal preference, we have a list of elective courses to make a total of 35 credit hours to align with the Unites States MBA curriculum. The MBA or MA in Business Administration program is organized in 29 credit hours course work and a six credit hours Management Research project.
